i recently added mantra to my usual meditation practices, and i find that when i am finished with a few minutes of mantra, i am more relaxed and clear headed. my mantra is simple, one word, with a slight tune.
does anyone have any opinions on using mantra to get yourself into the relaxed state to get WILD started?
would a ludid dreaming type, simple mantra help put the idea of LD into my head and help induce LD? does anyone know a good simple LD mantra?
i usually just try counting, but that seems to keep me too awake. then ill try to not think about anything and keep my mind clear, but im either too awake, or fall asleep without realizing it…no in between.
any opinions or personal experiences/tests about the mantra idea would be greatly appreciated.
