i am currently on seroquel and antipsychotic, i take 100 mg before sleep and it kinda knocks me out for sleeping… was wondering if this would have any good or bad effect to dreamning and even lucid?
You should check with your specialist as to how this may personally affect your sleeping patterns or REM periods. Don’t feel silly about asking your doctor how this affects your REM/Dreaming either, as dreams have been shown to be crucial for learning and memory.
Incidentally, some people have reported increased vividity of dreams when using Seroquel. According to Healthsquare.com a rare side effect of using this drug are abnormal dreams.
So… I guess it’s a good thing? The more bizarre your dreams, the better for dreamsign awareness and lucidity.

Errr… I’m just wondering if LD’ing is a good thing if you’re under antipsychotic… 
What do you think about ? Don’t you think it could increase the risks of confusing dream and reality ? And what is your experience with LD’ing until now ?
