Has anyone managed to relive in a good deal of accuracy a memory from your past? An entire day perhaps, or just a couple of hours remembered vividly?
I do all of the time. I always visit my Grandma’s house from the past.
Some dreams I feel like I’m time traveling, and some dreams I feel like I’m a ghost in the current owner’s home.
These dreams are new memorys and not “replayed” events from my past. Maybe they are and I just don’t notice, but it still has a very realistic recreation of the times I spent there.
