MILD mantras

When using MILD what is a good line to repeat to yourself i use “i will realise that I’m dreaming” but i was thinking of changing it to “I’m dreaming” because i wondered if repeating I’m dreaming would make it the first thing to enter my mind when i dream.
But i also thought since my RC is my hands (Since it was the only one thats worked for me) i could repeat “look at my hands” while visualising my hands and opening my eyes every once in a while to check my hands using those three at once has got to work?

There are many approaches to this, one is the typical MILD way, to implant a precise idea in the mind, so to activate it at some point afterwards; however, I find it myself easier to directly experiment with what the message is supposed to bring, like directly stating “I’m dreaming” or “I am lucid”, like you said: it gets me in the state of mind I’d want to reach when I’m in a dream, so I can become lucid by simple example ^^ it also can bring me downright into a dream, as a kind of WILD, as I settle and relax.
