Milk honey and chocolate!

I recently was reading about different foods that might help with lucidity and dreaming. I thought I would try a cup of warm milk with a tablespoon of honey mixed in before bed, wake up for WBTB and Eat some chocolate then have another cup of warm milk/honey. Anyone have experience with these foods affecting dreams? I also heard bananas help too. I hope this works :content:

As a personal experience, chocolate hasn’t done that much to me, and it is not advised to eat during a WBTB, it makes for a disturbed sleep phase.
For the rest, milk + honey is a good choice, and a banana is what I always take before bed, helps with falling alseep and with vividness ^^
