I was dreaming a few nights ago, and I tried the ‘tell/hire a dream character to remind you your dreaming next time’ thing. Well, I said" Listen up fuckface, next time I dream you are going to remind me, and then thank me for the privelage! Do I make myself clear?" and he said “I dont think so, last time I checked, my kind is higher ranked than you” and then he grabbed me on my shoulders and I woke up… WIERD!!!

Maybe for just as second, you thought he may be more powerful than you, and he became more powerful.
It’s like if you expect that a monster is standing behind you, then when you turn round he really will be there.

wow… that would be awesome… you could start an epic battle in your dream, with this supposed being… hopefully you wont end up in a coma or vegetable state, 
that would suck, being in a coma, while all the while in an epic battle. A 23 year long battle…

Okay, feel free to not put any faith in what I tell you but here it goes.
If you look around the Beyond Dreaming section, there are a bunch of “nutcases” right? Erm, I don’t think so.
Of course it’s possible that he could have been a dream character representing something of yourself, but another possibility is he was an intelligent being of some kind that manifested in your “dream”. Dreams are located in the Astral. But I’ll stop there before the LD4ALL community decides to have me committed.
Occasionally I’ve experienced more powerful DCs than myself, although not often. Mostly when I do, it’s because I’m scared. So if I’m not scared and don’t think of what’ll happen next, they’re not as strong.
I’ll try to be less assertive, but more sure of myself… idk

This reminds me of a few of my own dreams. Where something higher or more involved in the space. Lets me know I’m not as super as I think I am 
. I think of them as a spirit guide.

if you are rude to a DC, and it’s just a DC, it will either be completely submissive to you, or fight back, because that’s how the real world is
and if you are rude to a real being you’d split yourself awake or they’d do something and you would disappear from their dream reality and go back into your own.
