More WILD trouble

I tried WILD again last night. My heardbeat went up, eyes beating etc. After all this my body slowly began to freeze and sort of turn to stone. After about 30 minutes of nothing happening after that I decided to stop and just go to sleep.

Does anyone know why nothing happened? Should I have waited longer? I made hardly any movements and there was only the sound of the clock in the room, no major distractions

you could try waiting longer, if there is one thing i have learned if you can wait long enough and stay awake, you will have success.

yes exactly, just stop and go to sleep. Don’t think about falling asleep, just, let it happen.

Alright, thanks for the help  I’ll give it another go and post about it in my DJ.

That always happens to me, i get so discouraged. Then i realised, i can’t easily fall asleep “trying to sleep”, you have to let it happen on your own.

I mean you do it everyday of your life, but why is it so hard when you actually try to do it. haha

When you feel that you are extremely close but don’t seem to ever fall asleep - Turn your head (and your head only) over to the side and keep WILDing.

I wasn’t aware you could move your head without ruining it all. I will definatley give this a go next time  thanks!

Since I can’t really fall asleep on my back I found that turning my head over works as well  So when you are WILDing and feel that all there is to it right now is to fall asleep - Turn your head over and keep doing whatever it is you’re doing (Looking at HI etc).
REMEMBER! WILDing at night (when you go to sleep) means you have 90 minutes of Deep Sleep before you enter your first REM Sleep - This “jump” often causes you to forget your intentions and have a ND. It’s like a blackout so you need to really focus to keep your awareness.
