Morning Nap and Lucid dreaming

Does it help more to nap and then try to lucid dream? and if it does, what techniques are usually better for it? :help:

Yes, It helps. It is probably the best method alongside WBTB.

Anything - MILD, VILD, WILD will do, but WILD oriented techniques (FILD, VWILD, WILD etc) Will work better than the suggestive MILD/VILD

But then again, the difference is that most people can hardly think clearly in the morning.

Aah I see. Well I have been working on WILD’s but the only problem I have with them is falling alseep! While im repeating to myself “Im dreaming, I am in a dream, and i am aware of my dream.” in my head it seems to just keep me awake, and im afraid if I just doze off and fall alseep I will completly miss the hipnotic images. I think I just need more experience.

Well, you need to practice a little, perhaps by thinking of what happened to you during the day instead of thinking “I will have a lucid dream”

what time do you nap? like an hour after waking?

i usually take a nap like 3-4 hours after waking
