Ive had a few dreams recently in which I am hardly involved or not involved at all. It is more like watching a movie.

All the time, but I don’t see how anything can help it. I’m sure it’s just like a nightmare, and is induced by something going on during the day. Or maybe it’s a conflict with your SC that is making you have these hollywood dreams.

i think it’s because i am a big moviegoer, so i see a lot of movies, therefore i incubate movie-like dreams sometimes
I dont mind it, Ive really enjoyed the movie like dreams Ive had for the last few weeks. 
Actually, all my dreams where like this BEFORE I started practicing lucid dreaming. These days, whenever I wake up, I can really feel that my dream was something I’ve experienced during the night. So I guess you can change it…
Often enough I don’t expierience to be part of my dream, so yeah, I’ve had it sometimes.
