so last night, i thought it would be a perfect time to try to ld. I relaxed myself, counted in my head, and started to do my thing. i got through the stage of seeing random colors in your eyelids, and then soon enough i started SP. i really did not know what to expect, but i felt numbness and tingles and then some stuff freaked me out. i opened my eyes because i was getting scared, and i saw the room i was sleeping in. EVERYTHINg was like twisted around and the part of the room where the mirror is was black. 
i just decided to give up and had a regular nights rest. so i guess my question is, why was everything twisted around and like upside down? is this common when opening your eyes in sp?

Some people, especially those who believe in spiritualism or religion, see pretty scary stuff in SP. I’ve heard they can be avoided pretty handily by imagining that you are unable to move because a hot girl is on top of you.
