my first (unsuccessfully) WILD

Well… yesterday i tried my first wild…i relaxed… and i focus on a spot in my bedroom then i tried to visualise it in my mind…about 5-10 mins doing that…i started watching the dots or parts in colors…like green and red…but very little…about 10-15 min…i started feeling the numb…around my body…then about 15.-20 min it went more harder (the numb)…and i started watching a blue dot…and the dot became a like deformed tiger…the tiger was blue & then about 1-2 sec it dissapeared…then…i was watching a red or orange dot…and it became like a guy screaming…again…dissapeared about 1-2 secs…then i couldn’t continue…i didnt saw more images…only parts of colors…in my mind…( i think i could continue because i forgot counting ( 1 , im dreaming 2, im dreaming etc)…well thats all…tell me what you think :tongue: … and…sorry for my bad english…im mexican…

You could, but you most likely won’t get into a lucid dream with it. It’s best to WILD after 5-6 hours of sleep because then you go right into REM and it is usually one of the long ones. You could do it just to practice getting into SP but don’t work yourself up to get into a lucid dream because you most likely won’t.
