My lucid dream and how I got it!

Hi all.

At last a lucid dream! But very brief.

I was very tired because i had done a lot of physical activity during the day. I fell asleep at 9:00 PM, and woke up at 12, stayed awake for half an hour, and went back to sleep. 12:30 is my normal sleeping time. I considered doing WILD because if I am right in saying, it would be possible. I wa so tired however I didnt even write out the date in my dream diary and time of going to sleep! I havn’t done that since 3 months ago!

Anyway, so I am asleep. Before going I certainly remember being aware of my sorroundings but it was not a WILD. It was activated by a reality check. All my work had paid off! Something in my dream made me say “this is a dream”. I counted my fingers and as soon as I saw them I said “6”. WOW!

It was short loved however, and things started to fade, like in a head rush. Without even thinking I said “Increae lucidity NOW”. I don’t remember it working, and I soon slipped out of lucidity and remember discussing lucid dreaming with someone. Now how can I miss that dream sign!? Discussing lucid dreaming with someone!

Well the point of this post was that a) Re-arranging sleep patterns does increase chances of lucidity b) continue doing reality checks! Your lucid dream WILL come! I havn’t had one for about half a year and at last I was paid off. It was brief-YES-but a reason to continue, and a taster of whats to come and my potential-DEFINTITELY.
