i had a lucid dream when i was about 12 or 13… im now 17 and i really want to have more…
when i had this dream i realized it was a dream and could control what i did and where i went but i couldent do anything special. i tried to get food to appear in my hand and i couldent. it was just like being in normal life except i knew it was a dream. has that every happened to anyone?
i guess i just needed to tell myself and actually believe i could do anything or something

your last comment is correct, you just need to believe you can do it and if anything stops you then a little lateral thinking works wonders.
