Okay, so in my dream world, im stuck in a small town, and same place all my life every since I was born. I finally found out this was my Dream Sign, and recuring element. The annyoing thing about this, is if I want to leave my " small-town" and start fresh and never return, the next night Im back in my hometown! But here’s my goal: I had a amazing dream-life dream last week, and I saw my twin ( best friend who is a Princess in Korea), and these famous characters who only saw once. Now they all live in Korea, and Im stuck here in my small town. I want to leave my town and visit them in Korea, but one problem… In my dream mind, im not remembering this goal! before I go to sleep, I try to think of my goal, and a picture of it in my mind… no luck. 
even if I think about this goal all day in human standing,… Also no luck. So finally, I want to visit my twin and my famous friends in Korea, and I want to remember this goal in my dream mind. Which right now, is not happening. Any tips? Ah, I was thinking of going on a plane, and go to Korea, but I can also fly. ( but my friends here dont know I have powers) anyway, I can go into the clouds, and I heard something about time travel that way. Do you think that will work? What are some other ways I can travel in different ways? How do you travel to differnt places? Please help, I really want to visit my dream twin and dream friends in Korea! ( In my dream when I saw them, I told them I will visit, so I have to find a way to get there) thanks!
Ok if you understand this about this magical machine, maybe you can work it into your subconscious and use it:
A TARDIS Is a “Time and relative dimension in space” it is a time and travel machine used by the fictional character doctor who. It travels through the time vortex, but i’m sure you can manipulate it in your dreams to fly like a plane. Google it, and learn about it, so maybe it will pop up in your dreams 
All i can suggest is Lucid dream? If you LD you will be able to anything you like, ala teleport yourself to your friends? (Did they move away IRL or in your dream world?)
Wow a small town… you are stuck there and I want to get there. I want to get to a small and rich town-like area. That’s one of my goals in case of an LD.
Now, about you. What if you just stay in your small town ? What would happen if you would just say “By the time I will have entered this house I will find my friends which will take me by plane with them to [where you want to go] !” What if you would just imagine that your friends came in this samll town to you and say that you didn’t came to visit them so they came to visit you ?
You need to be creative. Getting out of that town isn’t the best solution as you will spend your whole LD trying to do that. First, find your DG (dreamguide) and ask him/her how to get out of that small town. That’s what I would do…

Thats some solid advice Don has, take the outside world into the town instead of trying to escape the town. It seems this is maybe the setting of your subconscious, do every single one of your dreams take place here or only LD’s?
Another way to go about this is to memorize the town next time you dream it, then draw it out or write it out IRL. then, using drawing or text, extend the town, maybe bring far away locations close to it, draw them or describe them for example:
“The small town was at the heart of the dream world, the land of Korea at one end,
and the land of America at the other, pathways led all through the town to different locations, almost like this world was built around the town (as it is).”
Then if you memorize this map or description, it will work its way into your subconscious and be the new world in your dreams, + you keep your DS! 
You could use auto-suggestion to make you remember to go there. i.e. Repeat before you goto sleep “I will remember to goto LOCATION HERE in my dream”. As for the teleportimg, look at a closed door then think that on the other side is LOCATION HERE.

Yeah, FunkyFreddo’s right. You should draw your small town like seen from a helicopter in the middle of a blank page. Perhaps an A3 page - just ot have enough room. Then each night add (draw) another location next to your town - and do the mantra “When I’ll see my town I’ll get lucid and once I’m lucid I’ll be able to see that my town is getting bigger and constructors are working to make it larger and soon it will cover the whole world ”.
Freddo said it the best way: instead to go outside from your town, bring the outside inside your town !

trust me, you don't want to be in this town! it's not rich either! Mcdonalds food tastes like glue, king kong goes into this town, and he's crazy and messys up this town. The next town, next to ours is a bad town. ( You might get shot or killed) Everynight there's a shoot out, and you have to hide in bushes. Where I live is nuts: I have ugly witches as neighbors, (but there nice), I have Bad Withes in my basement,/anmails, some with red eyes... I have snakes in my backyard every Wednesday, and... There's different palces to go in my house. Now you know why I want to get out! :smile: My twin and my friends would never come to this town! (The last time I saw them was in New York) my twin is the princess of Korea, and my other friends are rich guys. (4 of them) 1. one is a heir of a rich company of Korea. 2. He's the Presdients grand-son 3. He's also has a big company. and the 4. he's rich, cause he's the son of the mob.
My dream guide?.. I know there’s ghosts in the attic, maybe they know? ( Since they been there for centuries.( They look like from the 1700’s) Thanks for the advice!
Well, if you don’t like the town, imagine you just won a prize for rich people renovate the city. Literally, your imagination is your limit

Dreamgirl, you have to realize that to get the full experience out of a lucid dream, you must remember that it is your mind, you can control any aspect of it (most of the time) and yeh Don is right, take it slowly and add one location a night, or even one after every LD, and soon you’ll have your own dream world, and if you loose grip of it, you just have to memorize your map again, maybe explaining each section of the world on a page, or drawing each location. and maybe every night before you sleep write about how its being constructed eg *The team of workers are working tirelessly to get the new town up and running, they literally work 24/7 thats probably because they are fictional, but all the same, LOCATION HERE is coming along really well! I can almost see it as I drew/explained it myself!"
Even though I’ve not had one yet, I know alot about creativity and creating your own world I have one called Eternia, and the main DC i made in it is called Eterna (No i dont lack creativity, she represents the land!! xD)
