My WBTB/MILD Schedule

This is my schedule for 3-28(night)/3-29(morning) for my plan on WBTB and MILD.
This is going to be my first time doing a WBTB. I prepared it in an organized fashion
and I can just go onto that notepad to see what I am going to do!

[color=orange]11:30: Time to sleep. Look forward to my WBTB, and think of lucid dreaming before sleep. Visualize self doing mantra’s
and reading for LDing.

4:00 AM: Alarm goes off. Do a RC, do some Mantra’s, read some dream journals and accounts on Lucid Dreaming,
and listen to Dave’s Mantra.

Im a noobie myself, but I think 4 hrs and 30 min of sleep before attemping WBTB is a little low dont you think?

Well it failed but apparently I get up at 6:45 so that doesn’t leave much time until I get up. Should I do it at 5?

Hah ur sleep schedule is just like mine.
Try to sleep an hour earlier if you can. But 4 hrs for WBTB is the bare minimum. So its possible! Just keep trying

Well the bare minimum would be 1hr and 30min and let’s say that you need that time to enter first REM cycle but it can also take up to 120 minutes so after 3hr when you have your second REM cycle that is pretty good because your second REM cycle is much longer then first so the third REM cycle which AJ choose is very good start. I sometimes do attempt at 2nd cycle and the results are almost the same all you need to do better is awake yourself because you will fall asleep easily!
