I’ve been trying WILD recently, and it’s only really come very close to working once.
Last night, though, I think I might have been starting to get a little bit of SP and HI, but I keep getting nauseated and having to turn over to prevent it.
Is nausea a normal part of WILD, or is it just me, because of my sleeping position?
I can’t say I’ve had a problem with nausea myself, if you think it’s your sleeping position then maybe you should change it. I don’t believe WILD requires a specific sleep position, a different position to normal might help you stay aware, but it’s not a requirement. It could also be if you’ve eaten something fatty or heavy before you go to sleep. I’ve found drinking a lot might also have that effect.
I don’t know, I seem to come closest to a successful WILD while lying on my back.
I never got nausea. I do get the feeling you get on a rollar coaster when your going down, the rushing intense feeling. The feeling is a sign that your about to go into SP. It takes a lot of practice to not let your body react to the feeling. If this is what you experience, just keep tryng and try to ignore it, but dont focus too much on it or you wont go into SP. hope that help
Ive never experienced SP, but one time while trying WILD before sleeping, after about an hour for a split second it felt as if I was in a jet going super fast and I could hear and feel a big rush of air, it was only for a split second.
Ugh, now my biggest problem is headaches while doing WILD
