Need some help here (about WILD).

Im doing more WILD than MILD over these past weeks.
Looks like im not being that motivated as i should be, so im not getting good results.

When im doing WILD (keep focusing into something) i can’t sleep at all or i keep distracted by other thoughts almost easily.
What i want to know is… do i have to meditate, clear my mind somehow to be do WILD succesfully?

Meditation could work, however I would suggest try WILD with WBTB. You dont need to stay up long, just wake up somewhere in the night/morning and do WILD then. Much easier since you are already close to REM and feel drowsy.
