hi i am sharad, i am just a rookie for this ld, i wanna make it happen in my dream but i couldn’t do it, the problem is i cant concentrate on one thing. i had really frequently bad dreams which makes me tired in the morning as if i hadn’t slept whole night. i wanna change all these things throu LD. Can anyone give me the easy and best way to do it? i look forward for the answer and will be appreciating it. thanx
You can do it.I’m sure you tried it just a few times.Try changing methods.I suggest You do WBTB and combine it with MILD, that often gives good results.You can also do reality checks during the day.Eventually, you will have a lucid dream, trust me.
