So, now that school has started back up…along with sports, college classes, I have no time on my hands to go on the forum and post…or try to LD in the morning because I nee to get into school my 6AM. So the only real time I can try LD’ng s on thr weekends. I was wondering what some tips were of starting back up again after a long period of time.
I often get out of it, then try to get back into it again.
By far the best thing you can do is just try to at least keep up your dream recall. Just scribble down some important notes about your dreams. Should take you no more than 5 minutes each morning. Life’s getting busier and I find that I have little time to post on a lot of forums, but one thing I will always keep doing is jot down notes.
Even if I’m not going to write a proper dream journal entry, it helps. You can also just try autosuggestion techniques before you go to sleep normally during the week. Might not be as effective a technique as WILD/MILD, but if you can’t afford to sleep a whole lot, then that’s one way to keep some focus on LDing.
Im no pro, Iv only had one LD
but i would focus on the NIGHT techs,
like do MILD, then another night do a
WILD, if that dose not work, put
MILD and WILD to gather and do them both in one night,
Since you are busy with school - on the school days I would rather scribble down a few dot points from your dreams and then rewrite em later so that way your DR is up to date. And during the weekends I would perform MILD or WILD with WBTB.
