new psychological method of increasing dream recall

ok, so i have not remembered a dream in months, but i think this really helped.
my friend and i were talking on xbox last night and it was like 2am. i got really tired and decided to make a dream catcher. my intentions were to maybe have more vivid dreams from this.(maybe like looking at it each night before bed and thinking of what it resembled to me, than have a more vivid dream or become lucid. now i did not know how to make a dream catcher, so i took a 2x4 and painted it up and called it a dream stick lol. :tongue: so and way, for the first time in my life i remembered not one, but two dreams from the same night.

the thought of the item that resembles vividness really works. if anyone else wants to try this let me know how it goes
