new technique

i have made up a new technique i have found it has given me alot of success (about 1 ld a week and 2 lds last night!)
what you do is this
lie still in bed, trying not to move, you can mve at this stage although try to move very slowly and only when you really need to move like if you have an itch or something. focus on just relaxing all your muscles for about 10 seconds, after that count to 60, keep focused while counting to 60 and try not to let your mind wander, when you get to 60, ask yourself in your head in a friendly voice “will i have a lucid dream tonight?” and then reply “yeah of course” or “yeah definetly” but say it kind of friendly e.g nothing like I WILL HAVE A LUCID DREAM I WILL!!!
after that do not have anymore thoughts on i will have a lucid dream tonight, you can think about lucid dreaming but dont say to yourself again i will have a lucid dream or anything like that. now count to 100, you are not allowed to move in this stage and while you are counting you can let your mind wander, by the time you would of reached 100 your mind will of wandered off and probably forgot all about counting and fallen asleep, this is good, this is what we want to happen but dont stop counting altogether, just have the counting process running in the background while you are thinking of other stuff if you know what i mean.
hopefully that night you will have a lucid dream

It’s somewhat similar to WILD though. The whole counting…-ness, hahaha

It sounds interesting though. I’m definetaly gonna give it a try tomorrow night.

This will be something I might try tomorrow. There’s that HILD thing I want to do tonight. (I forgot to do it last night. :shy: )

I have tried the counting technique except it always takes me to count up to 1000 AND then backwards and then I fall asleep so I have given up trying. I cant fall asleep instantly.

That sounds like a good technique Karl! I’ll try it out tonight. If it works, I’ll make you a millionaire. :wink: Actually, the millionaire bit was a lie. Hahaha.
