Find a pic of a outdoors scene in your LD and try to go into it. Try this out and tell me your inputs about it. If it works good tell me. I thought of this after reading Charlie Bone

I will be sure to try this next time I had a LD considering every LD I have had is in my own house an I have a big canvas picture of a prairie in my room where I tend to wake up in my dreams and see. Anyways. The only problem I see with this is the only item I have ever been able to go through is a mirror for some strange reason. Hah its worth a try tho

Are you meaning of the sorts you sometimes see in flashbacks, where the protagonist is staring at a scene in a photo, and then he zooms into the photograph?

Similar to the Pensieve in Harry Potter, come to think about it.

I’ve thought about that a bit. I like the idea.

First, however, I’m actually going to walk around. Yes, just walk. And maybe eat some chips. I haven’t had a lucid dream yet, so even the mundane things will be exciting. Heh.

i almost entered a picture of the solar system in a LD. yea, ALMOST. i decided not to because the poster turned to static like a tv.

I have recently tried entering a picture to get to the location within it. It didn’t work for me.
The picture was a picture of the earth, surrounded by space, as I have been trying to get to space in an LD. Heres a small extract concerning entering the picture:

“Maybe if I go into it [the picture], I will end up in space”
Because the picture was small my entire body couldn’t pass threw it at once, so instead I walked into the wall with most my body, but my head passed threw the picture. As I emerged my head into the picture it felt very cold and kinda distorted in much the same way a mirror or glass distorts when you walk threw it in a dream…Once I passed threw it, I was surrounded by total whiteness as far as I could see. I turned around and I could see the room I was just in.

So yea I didn’t end up where I was trying to go. But I still think this method could work. I will try it again some time

This reminds me of one I did… there was a soccer game on, so I jumped through it and found myself in the middle of the soccer field.

This was like a month ago…

Thats a cool idea, you could take it a step further, and try to find a optical illusion pic, like the upsidedown stairs, and go into that.
