Night-Time Waking

Hi-ho!

First, I’ld just like to say “Wee! I’m back again, from my funny little break!”

Secondly, the topic. You know sometimes in the morning you just wake up, but can’t be arsed to get up, so you juast return to sleep? Well, I found out that what I thought was about 6 o’ clock…ish was actually half past one. This has continued everyday since I found out, thanks to my handy dandy new glowy alarm clock. Am I missing a really good oppertunity not attempting LD at this time?

Maybe you are. Try standing up, eating something and thinking about your recent dreams and lucid dreaming in general (you know, do the WBTB). If you feel uncomfortable doing that, then just quit it; but maybe you find you can easily fit WBTB into your sleeping habits.

All I can say is try and see. :cool:
