I’ve had a couple of lucid dreams in the last week, although i knew im dreaming i had no control of anything just of my body 
, i was pretty sure im dreaming! i told it dream characters 
anyone got some ideas?? i cant even change the weather …
any help appreciated!!

I’ve yet to have been lucid, but maybe you’re just not believing in it enough. You need to understand (while lucid) that you are dreaming, and everything is possible. Besides, you can do a lot in dreams without controlling other stuff (interacting with DCs, exploring the enviorment, etc.).
Hey, i had this exact problem the other night during my 2nd LD, i knew i was dreaming like you & i told my dream characters but it was like i couldn’t do anything i wanted to do either & my dream was rather short aswell, but i just couldn’t control it like i kind of expected too! 
, sorry i have no ideas just wanted to reply to say i had the same problem! 
my dream was pretty long and vivid. i walked through my village with some classmates ^^ hmm… but thx anyway ill try to believe in it next time … maybe it helps
