non-wanted wild

ok so the other day i was chilling out watching tv…
i went to bed around 10h pm and woke up somewhere in the night…
so i said ok this my shot to try a fild (finger induced lucid dream)
so i relaxed and just forgot about it…
i was not conscious… and around 10 second later my concious poped out and i started hearing alot of random stuff (REALLY LOUD) so i said ok whene you hear stuff that mean you are in a dream…
so i openned my eyes and did a reality check and could breath…
so i was excited about it but calmed down and got out of my bed after fighting the ear i had of gettng up…
anyway after i taked to my family and they looked weird but anyway…

how i did that
how could i do it again…
it seems that every time i fall assleep i hear voices music…and fall asleep in like 2 min…
so i know ill do wild with the sound…

Well, if you want to do this again, it’s best to wake yourself up for REM sleep. A good guess would be to wake up after 4-6 hours of sleep. Then, simply relax, close your eyes and fall asleep, while keeping your consciousness. I would suggest you simply to look at the sights you see in your eyes. It shouldn’t take long before those sights will evolve into HI, then into a lucid dream. Try to forget your IRL body, and focus on your dream body. As you said, you fall asleep quite fast, so this might be a good technique for you.
