I think that one of my DS might be caskets, and its starting to give me the creeps. It hasnt triggared a LD yet, but in the past month Ive had three dreams with strange colored coffins. Maybie I should go to a funeral home, and do some RCs 
If you’re not comfortable with them, you should really try to find out what they mean, or why they are recurring lately.
On what circumstances do they appear in your dreams?
Usualy Im at a church, and the coffins are strange colors for a coffin. I dont know if I want to become lucid in a dream with a coffin in it, that might be more of a lucid nightmare. You cant really hug a casket, and ask it to give you a gift.
You dn’t have to. Just make it disappear, or turn the casket into something that resembles a casket that you can hug and recieve a gift from.

Turn the coffin into a nice box to store your dreams, and tell yourself that, while you possess it, you’ll be able to recall even more dreams 
I think it’s a very good DS. If you have dreamsigns which don’t disturb you at all, you’ll be likely not to notice them when they occur in dreams.
They say when you dream of Tornadoes you should walk into them.
You should be lucky, that you do not become lucid at once, when you see that DreamSign, and then wake up directly, because you can’t cope with the emotions that arise.
Dont be put off by the “Creepy Coffin” perspective. Things that are scary in dreams usually have an indirect meaning. For example, they could symbolise your lust for life, as you see the coffins as something unlike you (therefore causing fear and an uncomfortable feeling).

Better to be lucid in the dream than not. If you’re conscious when you see dream coffins, you have the ability to change the scene, so I say don’t try to cease the coffin dream sign. At least you have a reliable dream sign!
