Well, a few nights ago I had a bowl of oatmeal about an hour before bed. That night, my dreams were extremely vivid and I remembered 3. I decided to try again the next night and had another vivid dream.
Tonight, I’m eating oatmeal, taking Vitamin B6, and drinking a glass of Apple Juice.
So…maybe oatmeal helps? I know apple juice does…it always causes me to have vivid dreams.
Why don’t you guys try it, and we can make a decision?
Anytime that I eat before bed, be what it may, I have very busy and vivid dreams…almost nightmarish though…which is why I don’t eat before going to sleep anymore. But it does make a night of busy dreams.
