Omega 3, WILDs, and WBTB

So I took 3000 mg of fish oil last night after eating dinner and shortly before going to bed. I was pretty tired so I half-heartedly tried to WILD, but that has never worked and just keeps me up so I switched to MILD, and fell asleep after about 20 minutes or so. During the night I had a couple dreams, none were lucid but the last one I had before waking up almost was.

So I got up and ate breakfast, I was feeling sick and I have a shitload of stuff due friday so I told my parents I wasn’t going to school, and I wen’t back to bed. I listened to my iPod a little bit to relax, and then proceeded to WILD. I did the breathing and relaxing excersize stuff, and then I fell asleep. I then had DILD, which lasted about 2 minutes, and then woke up. I tried WILDing again, and for the first time I got it. I always though HI was the dots and stuff you see when you close your eyes for a while, but I finally got what people say when you have to step into your dream.

I all of a sudden was seeing the image of an office, just as I heard my mom’s footsteps on the stairs fading away. I heard a phone ringing, and I almost got too excited and fell out of it. I concentrated a bit more though, and suddenly broke through into the dream. I proceeded to do some prolongation techniques, but I was a bit too excited and despite trying to examine the most minute details of the office I was in to try and stay in it (there was a post-it on the wall that said “REMEMBER: Dream Journal”) but it eventually faded.

I WILDed about 4 or 5 more times before being unable to relax enough to do so.
