I’m literally on the brink of becoming lucid regularly. I’ve done all the right exercises, eaten all the right foods, and i have readjusted my sleep schedule accordingly. I just need that one final push. I’m literally trying to will myself to lucid dream, but i feel as if there’s just one last thing i need before i can become lucid on a regular basis.
as long as everything else is going good, just try to keep aware that everything is a dreamsign, just find what ones will make you lucid. good luck and best of dreams!
I suppose there are a lot of things it could be, but I’m sure you’re the only one that knows. Maybe you simply need a little need to try a little harder. From my experience I have found that there’s always room for more effort. If you keep practicing all that experience is going to build up and you’ll get better.
I agree with this. I’ve been practicing WILD lately. I get to the stage where I’m just about to walk into a dream, and then I either wake up or lose consciousness.
I feel like it’ll come with time as long as I keep practicing, so I would say time and practice is what you probably need as well
