hello all I have been lucid dreaming for over 12 years now. However this technique is rather new to me I got it from a dream character A few months ago and ever since my lucid dreaming has exploded. The triple R stands for remember to remember what I need to remember. now what you do is create a list of things that you want to start to think of and remember after you say this short phrase to yourself. for example. I know that I am in full control and nothing can harm me, I need to stabilize the dream and increase its vividness as well as my Lucidity, I need to reflect my dream goal and how I’m going to execute it. and another powerful thing I like Remind myself which is almost a technique in in its own because of the mindset his I like to mind make a connection to subconscious letting it know that I am lucid And with that when I benefit from amazing lucid dreams it benefits because we are one and we should act as teammates in The dream remembering and thinking about that concept will make your dreams alot smoother and just way better overall. this technique works best if you set an alarm to go off on your phone every hour or two and when it does you just repeat the Triple R phrase to yourself and reflect on all the things that you are trying to remember. it’s best to personalize your list of things that you are remembering but you should add on to the examples I listed I feel those are very important and necessary to be remembering.
