One theory of acheiving O.B.E/M.I.L.D

It works by remaining conscious until you start dreaming. sleep 5-6 hours before trying this. The first thing you see may be Hypnagogic imagery, Just let it flow, don’t get too involved and don’t suppress them. A good solution is Caffeine and Theobromine. Caffeine is found in Coffee, Tea, Coke, Chocolate and Pills. You should also stay up for about 30-60 minutes after waking up after 5-6 hours of sleep, This because it takes about 45 minutes before the Caffeine reaches its full effect. Another way for keeping the mind active and to bring on the hypnagogic images is to imagine doing something that involves imagery, audible and tactile sensations. Like playing the drums in a concert, imagine the drums and playing them, hear the Music of the band members and feel the drum sticks. Remain focused on what you are doing and avoid thinking about anything else than Playing those drums try lying on a 30 degree incline mattress (can work by stuffing pillows under it). And keep the room as dark as possible. Close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing, the slower the better. Breath with your stomach, making an “Ahhh” sound at the end of the exhalation. With time may you notice mild vibrations and that your body becomes paralyzed. At that point will you notice that you no longer have any problem concentrating, everything becomes clear. stop concentrating on your breathing and just be aware of your surroundings. If you begin to lose conscience, Start concentrating on some light or sounds. sometime later, the second vibrations will kick in ussually accompanied by various sounds and then end. This is your astral body being released. Dream images will start to form. You can go with these images and enter a Lucid Dream, or you might just sit up and walk away from your physical body.

If there’s anything else i should do, or you that you suggest please response.

the Tibetans value the mantra "AH’ and i read in one place it is the arising of dreams

but in other places it is the vibration of being awake, as the first part of AUM

,

is there a reason to do “ah” ?

how can we leave body immediately as soon as we fall asleep

Well, I am kinda new to this. Once we are experiencing the vibrations, that is the door of leaving the body. We must roll out or get up during the vibs.the manta ‘‘ah’’… The power of the voice is special and not a mystery, the mantra can awaken/arise your conscience. sorry if I did not explain this too well, I am in a hurry at the moment. I will get back to you as soon as possible.

In Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s “Art of Living” workshop, I was told that “Ah” is an open vowel, and if you sit in lotus position and chant it properly, then you can feel the vibration in your feet. It corresponds to the instincts, like if someone trips, no matter what their native tongue, the surprise will be expressed in “Ah!”

The “Oh” in AUM vibrates in your chest, and corresponds to emotions. If you feel sympathetic, I was told, people make the sound “Oohh…” (Which is probably why when people confess their troubles to me, and I make the sound “Mm.” which means that I’m processing what they said, they get offended.)

The “Mmmm” vibrates in your head, and corresponds to the intellect.

Thus, chanting “AUM” is said to open up the energy body from the base upwards.

Audio focusing points to keep the mind awake, or other sensory focuses really, were nice to read being explored/suggested, but I must confess a personal aversion to using caffeine.
