Hi. I’m new in lucid dreaming. Last week i had a lot lucid dreams and i could control them. Actions like getting in a car or something like that are very easy. But when I try to change environment, put new character into my dream or try to suddenly wake up I feel pretty strong pain in my head (and vibration). I don’t think it’s normal. Why I feel this pain? Is it dangeorus?

I don’t think waking up with a headpain is very common with lucid dreams. VIbrations ARE common though. I don’t know what caused the pain but, pain is usually an indication that something is wrong as you know.
actually, pain is an indication that your brain “perceives” that something is wrong. there doesnt have to actually be something wrong, your brain only needs to think there is.
as for your waking up shaking and with a headache, it could be that you just concentrated too hard. also, it could be that your brain is just misinterpreting your “commands” wrong. if you try to change your surroundings gradually instead of forcing a major change onto your dreams immediately, then you might be able to train your way to controlling your surroundings faster and more effectively. for example, if you want to make the sky turn pink, then instead of forcing said color onto the sky, pull out a paintbrush and paint the sky. instead of forcing yourself to change surroundings, find/make a portal, and walk through it. the general idea is that you get some form of control, and then you use that to your advantage, and gradually get control of the rest.
if, however, these vibrations and headaches start happening even when you are not taking control of your dreams, or start happening every night, then you might want to talk to a doctor about that.
perhaps it’s the illusion of pain…
you know like in WILD, where you get illusion of heartbeating, etc?
or maybe it’s a FA, where you get pain because you predict that you might get pain from trying to hard. Do an RC next time you wake up in pain
If the pain is real however, Stephen LaBerge says that you should try and bring people into the world by repeating an action that might result in that person IRL, like calling their name:
“hey, Fred, come over here!”
Try something more natrual, because thinking of imagining something within a sub-conscious creation makes my mind hurt.
I’ve felt pain in an LD before. Once a fish shocked me it was somekind of new breed. Then another time i was moving the sun and moon with telekinesis and i brought the sun to close and it burnt me!!
I’m just curious but do you mean that it actually burned you or you just thought that it burned you. If it really burned you, that would mean that your brain has a lot more power over your body than I ever thought possible. Or I may just be naive. Or both.
It could be the OTHER way around, you could feel pain first, and your dream sorta caught on it.
Once my stomach hurted all evening, and i went to sleep. I saw a coiled snake in a dream, and it headbutted me sharply, right in the stomach, so i woke up with pain in that area.
