partial dream recall

hi, im 16 years old and new to this forum, so hi again to everybody

now to my problem, im sort of natural lucid dreamer (i some times have lucid states in dream thou they are pretty faint and i tend to loose focus and wake up), second thing is that i can normally recall 1-4 dreams on MORNING but i tend to forget details, so what im looking for is to archieve better recall and more lucid dreams of course , so if you “pro´s” could give me any advice i would be delighted

Hey Rubberduck, welcome to the forum.

I guess you have already read through the main site and other topics on the forum which deal with dream recall? If not I would highly suggest that. As to remembering more detail, it comes with practise. Write down each day (if you have time) as much as you can remember, and through time you should discover that you can remember more and more detail. There are some aids you can use to increase your dreamrecall (like B vitamins), however those do not increase your recall structurally and are no more or less then gadgets for temporal use.

Well good luck with it, I wish you lots of clear LD’s!

When you first turn off your alarm you need to ask yourself “What did I dream about?”, if you remember something write down whatever it may be, I usually use keywords about the decriptions. Whenever you get the chance you may want to ponder about those words.

Don’t worry though, there are a lot of ways how to recall your dreams.

Well, it seems that your dream recall is very good, so you don’t need to take vitamins !
IMO, the only thing you have to do is to keep a dream journal and a pen near your bed, as dream memories fades very quickly !

Keep a DJ? That’ll solve yer problem (just read it every now and then when you wanna a reminder, and you’ll remember the details fine).

Try staberlising you’re dream (look at your hands and keep calm) next time you become lucid.

Then increase your lucidity (say, ‘increase lucidity now!’ or concentrate on your senses and think about how actually seem to be inside the dream).

Good luck, and happy .

P.S. I’m 16 as well .

im having some improvement, i remember 2 of 3 dreams i recently had, i did it by asking myself what i was dreaming bout and telling myself of my dreams and it seems to help  since i still remember dream i had 3 days ago…

btw, lil Q bout lucidity, when i realise im lucid in dream i try to calm down myself but still my hears start beating etc… and i start feeling like im gonna wake up, so im quessing this is caused by my inexperience…

oh… and once i had strange lucid >.< i realised that im dreaming so i decided to push my hand trough wall but it didnt go trough, so i thinked in my mind “goddamnit im dreaming” and pushed little harder and my hand went trough wall and i got strange black hole effect on wall (the wall sorta succumbed towards the hole i made with hand… it was weird…

ps. dream commands seem to work best when i shout em aloud, im quessing this is usual??

Yes, it should go better and better if your experience more LD’s! The black hole thingy is just stuff that your mind makes up to cope with situations it hasnt seen before, like pushing limbs through solid objects. And shouting dreamcommands works best yes!.. good luck with LD’s

I noticed when I read my DJ again that the only times when I had good control about dream content was when I was saying commands loud (with that strange voice we have in dreams).

im starting to get confident that my dream recall is improving, last nite i remembered 2 dreams (well parts of those but 2 still) and the other one was so vivid and unbelievably beatifull (im still missing the beatiful scene i saw in my dream)
