PC WBTB

Since it’s difficult for me to wake up much during WBTB, I’m going to start putting my PC into sleep mode and waking it up for my WBTB.

What are some things I should do with it during that time to increase the chances of an LD? I was thinking of playing a bit of something dream related, like Yume Nikki, .flow, LSD Dream Emulator, those kinds of things. This site is a little too slow for me to find something new (and helpful) to read each time.

Well in general surrounding yourself with anything that has to do with LD’s. But even the things on this site you’ve read before can be helpful. Review techniques, read other people’s dream journals, set goals for when you dream, tell yourself that when you go back to sleep, you will have a lucid dream. As you go back to sleep, keep your intention in mind. If you’ve had an LD before, try to imagine the feeling of being lucid as you fall asleep. Daydream, practice mantras. Keep LD’s on your mind and it will help. And, if it doesn’t work at first, keep trying!
