If you’ve got a pet and he/she has done something funny or unusual, here you can tell about it.
I’ll start.
My cat is very intelligent. Not becouse she can do trics(whitch she doesin’t) but because she… well knows how to influense people, not only to do what she wants, but mentaly aswell.
Like about 7 years ago, when she was a young cat(and I don’t mean a kitten), she attacked me for no apparen reason, I lost alot of blood but after that I respected every animal and am who I am today. She attacked my sister aswell but aparently she can’t even be tought with violence, she’s still a lost cause, but her “dose” was smaler than mine because of my faster respondance to help her than that of my mother and I did not even think of strageling the cat but just threw her out for a while.
But the funny thing you can do to her is when shes sitting on a coutch you push her and she, whats that word, well falls over and has that look that you just did the most humilliating thing to her imaginable(she acts more royal than the Queen of England ).
Now I think of it, the way my parents have been raising me, the reason I’m still sane must be that very cat…(don’t ask how though)
And is a passionate hunter, kills every insect that is foolish enough to get in her way . Has attempted the murder of some birds aswell but I managed to save those from her.
I havetwo rats, both kept very clean, when i have them out on the bed i can hover my headd above them, at there standing hight and pucker up my lips, and either of them will stard on there back legs and “kiss me back” by licking my lips, and also my one ( i brought them both and cage but my girlfriend"owns" one) is alot bigger, so he can manage to climb things the smaller one cant, and he climbs onto the headboard of my head, then on to the window sill and sleeps with its head out of the window
I have a dog, a husky.
My dog is a bit of a nervous dog in my opinion, he’s aloof.
He has trouble making eye contact with anyone in my house for a long period of time, my friend says it’s because it makes him uncomfortable. The only one that he will make long eye contact with is me, which suprises me a lot.
But aloof and all, he’s still my puppy.
I also have a Parakeet, who is nervous around around anyone she doesn’t know, or anyone who doesn’t take care of her. She’s not scared of my mom or me, but my siblings and my dad scare her. I guess it’s just familiarity, she knows me the best because I take care of her.
She flies around the cage when anyone else gets near.
Funny , but don’t you worry about birds of pray, I hear even common ravens sometimes attack rabbits.
I have a dog as-well, and she’s quite a coward too. Shes scared of bottles, liquids, salt sprinklers, some cats, anything that hangs off of something (like a yoyo) … and the list goes on for a while. When we get a visit from someone who doesn’t visit us often enough to for her to get used to, she allways hides behind the legs of the nearest person and from that safety, she starts to bark like she was somekind of a hellhound. Because of her silly face, every sign of aggression from her is funny and even more so when someone is actually scared of her. But most of the time shes happier than anything I’ve ever seen, if someone comes home who she knows she jumps on them like she’d like to push the person over, but shes too small for that so its just funny to look at. But when one of my grandmothers comes to visit shes so happy that does everything mentioned above, plus the crying sound dogs make(she allways gets alot of sweets from her, and most dogs like sweets ).
I have three cats. The oldest one, Ville, always acts as if he owns our house and becomes very offended if you were to disturb him while eating or sleeping. Vimir on the other hand spends most of his time outdoors and when he comes in he pretty much just sleeps on the couch, however, if I was to pick him up and put him on his back he’d most likely just go back to sleep. He doesn’t seem to care about how he sleeps as long as he gets to sleep.
The smallest cat, Ani, is pretty much terrified of anything that moves but when she wants to cuddle she’ll sit on my stomach or chest, depending on how far back I lean. She very rarely lies down, but she can sit there for like ten minutes just purring and drooling happily
The smallest of my dogs, Frenchy [2] is goofy. She does the silliest things. Once when she was chasing Atticus around (it doesn’t matter to her that Atticus is bigger ), she ran into the diningroom, skidded and ran into the kitchen, ran down the hallway and slammed right into Atticus, who seemed bewildered by all of it.
Everyone in the room cracked up as Frenchy ran back into the kitchen.
Well my chocolate lab poked me in the but/thigh with her big nose and 10 seconds later I got really dizzy and fainted. I think she might have hit a pressure point or somthing.
You’re chocolate lab poked you?..
I don’t know weather I should laugh or cry, I suppose you mean a labrador, not a laboratory… good luck with… erm taming that lab!
I found out today that at least two out of our four cats are really clever!
Two have learnt to use the toilet downstairs by themselves! It must be the cold weather.
My daughter heard it happening and peeked and saw the cat (Cleo) doing it. The other day my son caught Trouble balanced on the seat … the cat gave him a filthy look.
Hehe. I knew someone who had a cat that did this too. My cat doesn’t do that but she does mostly clean herself in the bathroom, sometimes in the bathtub. Not with water but still.
Some cats seem to mimic people. Sit on chairs rather than on the floor, watch TV(if they understand it is another question) and things like that, it can’t be allowed that us filthy humans are better than they are .
They are by nature rather clever animals, with some exceptions.
