I am thinking of trying to create a small recording where I repeat my dreamsigns, then sleep with the recording playing (ok perhaps with a 60 minute silence period or 30 mins of LD test preset). I would also put some music from the movie Solaris (2002) which is dream-related.
I wonder how successful this might be.
