You have to improve your dream recall. Sorry, there’s no real way to fix it other than this. Congrats on being lucid for that long, though, that’s awesome

Go under “First” and click “Remember” and then, after you read that, “Write”. There’s some good tips for improving your dream recall Good luck!
Fun fact: Once i accidentally said that to one of my friends in real life, which launched us into a philosophical discussion about if it’s possible to be figments of each other’s imagination (one of the many paradoxes we ponder). We still haven’t come to a conclusion
Spend a few weeks of lucid dreaming observing all of the colors, characters, objects, surroundings basically. Try your best remembering while lucid all of the things you see. So before going to bed, make it clear what your going to do each night, write it out, whatever you need to do. Just make sure all you do each night for a few weeks is observe. There may be several other approaches and roads to go down, I just don’t know of them. Simply recalling dreams isn’t the only way to accomplish your goal, remember that. Of course, after remembering, observing in your dreams, you must try your best to remember what you saw and tried to remember. You should notice it becoming easier to recall as you begin to observe a lot more. Give it a try at least, you may think it is a waste, but its your choice.
When I become lucid, the first thing I do it tell myself that I have to remember these events. You know when someone gives you directions to get somewhere and you pay attention to remember the details? Pay attention like that to your dream.
