Power Napping?

I got a curious idea. Could you use this for WILD during the day? It’s an interesting concept, but would it work?

Well, I’ve gotten HI during the day a few times, though never quite enough to transition to a WILD.

And I did get a full-on WILD once by blasting music while falling asleep. I don’t recommend it if you care about your eardrums, though. :wink:

Yeah it’s totally possible. You’ll have the most vivid dreams possible in the day (You are more concious). It’s just about relaxing, you got to do lots of techniques to get into the HI.

Why not? Afternoon naps are said by LaBerge to be very good for WILD’ing. And some people use white noise to WILD, hence it sounds certainly like a good idea.
