I’ve been registering dreams for 2 months every night, but in the last 3 nights I failed to remember the dreams, I seem to be getting very tired and not resting so well in my sleep.
I’m having an average of 1 LD per week and I think my ability to LD is improving, but my registering of the dream is getting much worse, in the first month I registered more than 3 dreams every night without getting tired and now I’m struggling to remember 1 per night.
I’m having the same thing, only no LD’s If I’m lucky I can recall glimts, and if I’m really lucky I can recall a whole dream. This has been going on for about a month or two, really annoying. I find going to bed earlier and waking up earlier helps alot.
Well, it’s kinda like how it sounds. Every so often, people who generally practice LDs suddenly… well… aren’t very good at it for a few weeks or so. It’s like being in a mood. When you’re in a bad mood, it’s hard to do things properly. Similarly, when you’re in a LD dry spell, it’s hard to LD properly. Unfortunately, there is no way to counter moods, and similarly, I don’t believe there is a good way to counter a dry spell except to wait it out…
