Problems with recalling dreams...

Usually when I wake up I cant remember exactly what I was dreaming about when I was sleeping. I usually remember what I was dreaming about yesterday or a month ago…What should I do?

Do you write down your dreams in DJ? Also try an affirmation (e.g. “I remember my dreams”) just before sleep - it helps me to recall my dream/dreams next morning :smile:

Yes I do have a DJ, ok i’ll try “I remember my dreams”.

Use WBTB : Set an alarm clock to wake you up frequently during the last few hours of sleep. When you wake up, don’t move from your bed while trying to remember your latest dream (there are techniques for recovering DR but I’ll let someone else explain that), and writing it down in your DJ. Brief naps have the same effect as WBTB. WBTB is especially recommended if you can fall asleep quickly.
