can someone explain a RC door method, I have been browsing the forums and it seems that a lot of people use this method. I looked through the forums and even googled it and cant find an explanation.

I think it has to do with performing an RC (usually checking your hands) every time you walk through a door. Since you do this many times a day IRL, you will inevitably do it in your dreams and, as a result, perform an RC along with it.
I don’t know too much about this, somebody else will probably be able to fill you in on the details, but I hope this helps for now.
skyjordan’s explanation is absolutely right, I just want to add that there are a lot of RC’s (check the FAQ about them) and that one RC can work better for one person than for another, so you actually need to figure out which RC appeals to you. A back-up RC is a good idea, too.
my two methods are, 1. Hand Method, my second method is usually check a clock wether it be my phone or on the wall.
