You can think of this as a random alarm clock. When you click on the “Hide and Start Timer” menu item, the image will disappear and then show up unexpectedly some time later. This is a reminder to do your “reality check”. Use it to surprise youself with a picture of your significant other, your cat or dog, or whatever…[/color]

It seems to be a helpful thing for ppl who forgots to make RC, or makes them too few.

You need .net framework to work

It’s simple in use, so i dont think that you’ll have any problem with using it.

i made a slightly more covert version of this program which displays an always on-top icon on your pc that blinks every set period. the link should still be active and was discussed here, search under my name.

This would be good for programmers or other people who spend ALL day at the computer and dream about being at the computer frequently. Otherwise, I really don’t see how this could help someone. It’s based on an interesting theory though.
