About 6 years ago i had this dream where it seemed like there was a flying sign outside my window and it said it in cursive which i couldnt really read. it seemed as though that dream lasted for two years. to tell you the truth i dont remember my life ( its more like blurry ) withough the sign outside my window. and then i remember i woke up and there was no sign. I knew i woke up from a dream but now i dont really know what was going on during that time of my life.
Can anyways explain what was happening
Honestly, I can’t explain that, no.
Do you mind if I show that to a psychoanalyst and ask her if she knows what it is?
well, you saw an element of your subconcious.
it could have been nothing more than a sign you saw, and some cursive writing one day, melding together.
Or, it could have been a metaphorical sign, in the true sense, of you to be aware about something.
or it could be anywhere inbetween those two statements (no meaning and total meaning).
it is up to you, and nobody else, to choose where in that spectrum you place that dream. (i’d love to hear though, when you do discover what it was about, meaning or no meaning, where you placed it on that line, and if it did have meaning, to what degree and what elements of your life it imposed upon.
I dont understand.
You saw the sign IRL too ?
maybe you had a dream that lasted years but it wasnt lucid so you thought it was your real life
Its impossible.
Any human have to go to bathroom.
… ok but what does going to the bathroom have to do w/ having a dream that seemed to last nearly a year? Last night i had a dream that seemed to be a few weeks. I went to war damn it! lol

I don’t really understand what happened, myself. Can someone break it down so the two-year-old mind can get what’s going on?
I know someone who’s had a dream last 100 years, time has no relevance in dreams.
From what I understand, he dreamt about part of his past which he cannot remember.
probably not the same guy, but I read an article on a guy that had the exact same experience… Only he used a drug… But still, he was lucid for 100 years. That really has to mess up your brain. Living a lifetime, and then waking up, and your a child again. I wonder if you mature by the time you wake up, or even forget about friends and family and what you used to do… Crazy…
Yeah but I think it just feeled like 100 years of LD and not really 100 years like a lifetime.
either way, if it felt like a 100 years…thats a l o n g time.
It look scary that way. I would’nt like to have a 100 years dreams thats for sure. Real Life would be so tragic and fucked up.
You’d get used to it.
Yes, i heard that too, but it was an OBE, which is worse than a lucid dream(only for 100 years, otherwise they seem awesome)oh, and it happened over 2 hrs. The most I have had a dream last was 3 days, but what was weird was that when i went to sleep in my dream, i had another dream, a dream inside a dream, it was so weird.
I think if you consistantly had dreams that were years long you would become extremely emotionally and intelectually developed.
Or, you’d go insane.
Well, I guess, you don’t think every single minut in those years. They just pass (like in a movie). Huh?
