Recovering LD habits

Back in February’07, I heard for first time about LD. I started keeping a Dream Journal (I still write in it when I have a very strange or interetsting dream), and had some LD from february to august, and tried some WILDing without succes.

Then, with the start of the new school year and all that stuff, forget about dreams, and want to get LDs back. Would the best way be start trying WILD? Doing RC in school? Keep Dream Journal again? WBTB?

What’s the best to help having DILD (The ones you simply realize you’re dreaming and then RC; all LD I had where this kind), by doing RC doing day (and how man aprox), just being aware, improving Dream Recall?
