Room temperature

Hey everyone, hope this is being posted in the right forum section…
anyways, I’m just wondering what experienced LDers think about the temperature of your bedroom? RIght now it’s a bit chilly in here and I’m using a couple blankets. I find this pretty comfy for sleeping
so should I assume this will help me? I’m trying to WILD, I sort of done it before and started to fly around but it was pitch black, kinda weird, I could feel and hear wind though, so I’m pretty sure it was a LD  woke up pretty quickly.
Drinking lots of tea for tonite, quite tired too, which has often given me sleep paralysis (which I used to hate but now think will help me wild).

Anyways, thanks for reading, give me your thoughts on temperature or anything else if you have them!

ps, this site is very well done!

Being comfortable is usually the best way to get to WILD. Temperature doesn’t matter so long as you, the individual, feel comfortable with it. :content:

Being Comfortable when going to sleep is good all around. It’s hard to sleep well when your not. So i would say that the room temp. is just as important as sleeping position. What ever makes you the most relaxed, is the best method for you. I like it a bit on the cool side and others like it warm. The key thing is to be able to relaxed enough so that your body can fall asleep but at the same time try to keep your mind aware, if your attempting WILD.
