Scrub Question

Hey. Ha I just started ( trying to ) Lucid Dream Last Nite. But the topic has conjured up a real fire of interest. Last night i think i might of experienced a very shortlived half witted LD.

Let me explain what happend. Pretty much, I was racing this kid ( Kid from school, Track Super star), and he was winning. I then started to hop, ( imagine having a sack around your feet) and started taking off really fast. I ended up beating him. but then I kept Hopping. This is where i felt i semi Took over (maybe, and a very stubborn Maybe at that). I hopped up a small hill. And when i got to the top, i started spinning ( as if i were going off a jump roller blading [ which i just started again yesterday]). I maybe got in three rotations when i instantly woke up. I didnt write it down ( im starting my Dream Jornal tonight). But when i went back 2 sleep. I was in relativly the same spot. Just i didnt really have control over it.And i feel that i wasnt in super complete control of my first dream in the first place.

I am just looking for a pat on the back and someone to tell me if im in the right direction. I think i tried “Mld” where u constantly tell urself your gonna LD, BUt i went into detail with myself, sayin what i was gonna do in the dream and none of that happend lol.

Any Advice would Definatly Be Apreciated. :happy:

Welcome! LDing is an unusual but thoroughly enjoyable interest, as many of us can attest to.

So…at any point in either of the dreams did you realize that you were dreaming? If so, you were lucid. If not, you were not lucid. That simple. :happy:

Most people will tell you that it’s a good idea to start by building up your dream recall. It’s good that you’re starting a dream journal–keep that up for a while, and try to figure out some patterns that show up (dream signs). Then pick a technique or two to stick with for a while. Good luck!

Thanks, THats all i really needed to know. I Wasnt lucid for my dream, jus remmebered it really vividly. Thanks again
