Just before I fell asleep, I used self hypnosis and instructed my unconscious mind that I’d realise I’m dreaming during the last REM cycle tonight, and BAM. First lucid dream:
Congratulations on your first LD!
Coming from someone whose LD count is around 30 and still has trouble with flying =(
What kind of self-hypnosis did you use? Maybe it would help us achieve LD as well.
Congratulations, btw!
Congratulation, to !
Me, I don’t use a self-hypnosis. (maybe I must !) But every night, I “try” to count very slowly but surely to 1000 (or another high number ! Me, I’ve choose 1000.) in order to stay conscious. I’ve said “try” because it’s so long that I sleep before the end !! ^^
But I’m sure that if I manage to stay conscious as long as to count to 1000, I will can enter in a lucid dream !!
Hey ! CONGRATULATIONS !!
Lucky you
Actually, I’m doing “something similar” :
I say out loud to myself “I wanna have a GOOD lucid dream tonight”
First aloud for around 5 minutes, then in my head repeating it as long as I can until fell asleep.
I didn’t enter a LD yet, but my dreams have become more ‘FATTER’, longer and more vivid. It’s amazing already.
So I’m already happy with that, it’s a learning process, I know that.
Right time, and will get to succeed with LD, it’s a matter of time (and not being too tired so much)
Anyways I’m happy you succeeded already,
GO for many more !!! ENJOY !!!

I also admire Lunéria’s idea of counting to 1000.
Congratulations to both of you, you really deserve it![/color][/b]
