well i want her to know how i feel for her. we both know we’re in love…but we havnt really sealed and confermed it yet by actually saying something…its hard to explain.

Okay this kinda raised a red flag in my mind…you said that you are both in love. But, she’s only 11 years old, she doesn’t really know what love is yet. When I was 11, I thought I was ‘in love’ numerous times, but they were just merely crushes 
. I’m 14 and still don’t know what ‘in love’ is. I can’t imagine how this girl could be ready for a relationship, let alone ‘being in love’. She hasn’t even reached puberty yet, I’m assuming. There is a lot about love that she doesn’t know, a lot about relationships she doesn’t know.
I’m just putting in my 2 cents. 
I don’t mean to be harsh, but that’s just my opinion on the matter.

I’m inclined to think this is a pretty weird situation, and mostly agree with everyone else, but at the same time, we don’t know the situation or girl perfectly, we also don’t have the emotional attachment. It’s easy to judge on a bit of basic information.
in the end somerandomguy, you have to decide for yourself, but think carefully about your intentions and consequences.

4 years normally is not a huge difference however when you are at the peak of puberty and she has just barely begun to climb the hill… this could and will create all sorts of problems for you.
kissing is innocent enough but you should not really do anything romantic with her until she meets or is near the age of consent level for safety reasons.
plus she’s just way too young to get involved in a romantic relationship at that age, her hormones will soon have the best of her.
it’s not a bad idea, but bad things could happen to you if you do it.
kiss her if you want but don’t pursue anything with her (including frequent kissing, etc!!!) until she’s way older.
This is what i was trying to tell him, no matter how much you like each other, at that age the age difference is frowned upon and even if the parents dont mind the government does unfortunatley.
WOW i clicked that link and looked on the chart thing and some countries have way messed up laws about sexuality! I mean come on in certain states in america same sex relations are illegal!! and in others legal! Come on what is going on there should be some sort of worldwide law because that is just stupid man.
