Shower Induced Lucid Dream?
I spend a lot of time in the shower thinking about time travel and dreaming, but today something weird happened.
I was still pretty tired from going to sleep at 6 in the morning, so I leaned on the towel rack in the shower and put my head down on my arm and closed my eyes for a bit.
It was so comfortable and relaxing, but after a minute or two, I heard a girl’s voice say “hey!” I immediately looked around, confused about what it was, but I’m wondering if it was HH.
If it was, someone else should try this and see if it works.
Falling asleep in my bathroom stark naked = bad idea. D’:
hahahaha
i’ve fallen asleep in there before, but that was before i knew anything about dreaming
I’d might try it, but nothing might happen for me.
a friend and I were actually talking today about the possibility of LDing in a warm bath. it would be relaxing enough, though I thought it might not be the best of ideas…I just don’t like the idea of falling asleep naked in my bathroom, in a slippery tub/shower. I’d either drown while bathing, or slip and die while showering. yep, I’m that clumsy. and I most definitely don’t want to die naked.
I wonder if you might have more dreams if you went to bed immediately “after” a bath or shower. The warm water and steam would be very relaxing and help you to sleep better.
Has anyone found that having a bath or shower before bed helps increase Lucid Dreams or better dream recall? Or does it make you too relaxed causing you to sleep completely through the night?
