Hello!
Is anybody have already voluntarily try to sleep in a lucid dream? Does the LD become a ND?? Personaly, i think yes. I would like to have your point of view on this.

Actually, we had a lucid quest recently where a lot of people tried this. For me it ended up as a FA, but others were able to hold on to lucidity. If you let your mind go, yes, you’ll lose the lucidity. If you stay observant, you’ll enter a new dream while lucid, just like WILD.

I’ve fallen asleep in an ND. It became an LD till I woke up into my dream.

Yeah, it was my first LD, unintentional, and I did that when I was probably about 8-9 years old.
I don’t count it in my total LD’s, though, because I use that to count LD’s that were intentional.
